
Project Assistants provides the technical support necessary to facilitate proper use of the Microsoft Office Enterprise Project Management (EPM) suite of products (including Microsoft Project Standard, Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft Project Web Access, and Microsoft SharePoint Server). We provide responsive technical support on-site, and via the web and phone.
Project Assistants maintains an expert pool of technical talent that provides appropriate technical guidance, from simple functional questions (e.g. how to interact with the product) to more complex issues (e.g. pertaining to the products' underlying technologies -Win Server, Exchange Server/Outlook, SQL, Windows SharePoint Services, and others) .
