Project Assistants' Project Health Check offering provides preventive, ongoing and post-project analyses that are geared toward ensuring the successful outcome of
high visibility projects.
Preventive Project Health Checks are provided as projects are being developed to ensure the project begins and runs as efficiently as possible. An ongoing project's Health Check is often used to set over-budget and/or late projects back on track. Post-project analyses are provided as a learning aid with the primary goal of continuous improvement.
Project Assistants develops and presents a written plan, or roadmap, to transform a client's agreed-upon "vision state" for a specific project's people, processes and technology. The Project Health Check encompasses the current people capabilities, processes, infrastructure and technology framework, as well as future requirements.
