All of our project management theory training is based upon the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and is delivered by trainers who are seasoned project management consultants. Project Assistants develops and delivers both standard and customized training showing how end users can best utilize Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server; we offer training classes ranging from one to three days in duration. For Microsoft Project Server, the training covers how to input data, how to use the system, how it works with Microsoft Project Professional, and how to get reports from the system. For Microsoft Project, the training covers all aspect of using this tool, which is why the course can be up to 3 days in duration depending on an organization's specific needs.
