Position Title: Commercial Launch Program Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry
We are currently recruiting for a Program Manager to fill a 12-month contract position (with the possibility of follow-on contract work) for a Biopharmaceutical client in the western Philadelphia suburbs.
This position will be responsible for integrated program management for late-stage drug candidates, with a focus on managing these late-stage compounds through all key commercial scale-up activities. Significant experience defining and managing program-level drug commercialization plans from pre-approval through post-launch is a critical requirement.
The right candidate will maintain a top level program management plan through communication with Research, Development and Commercial team members to obtain and monitor resource/budget commitments for the detailed planned activities to meet key milestones at the program schedule level. This position involves tracking all key program activities through the use of scheduling/budgeting tools to ensure project and team goals remain on target and to maintain the integrated project plan with the supporting details plans.
