Position Title: IT Project Manager - Hotel Industry
We have an existing client (Hotel Industry) that is looking for us to assist them in supplying an IT Project Manager for a contract position beginning immediately and continuing through the first quarter of 2009. The position is based in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Our client is looking to complete a new hotel project in Southern New Jersey, with a projected opening date of the first quarter of 2009. The client is looking for a dedicated technology project manager who can assist with the procurement, coordination and installation of a variety of technology systems (which they’ve already spec’d out). The IT project manager would be responsible for managing vendor relations, to ensure that estimates and invoices adhere to the negotiated and established pricing budgeted by the client. The client wishes to staff this opportunity with someone who has expertise working with vendors and owners during construction, pre-opening, and the post-opening phases of a hotel build-out, to ensure smooth implementation.
