Position Title: Project Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a 12-month Project Coordinator contract opportunity. Outside of an initial 1-week on-site training requirement, all support work can be delivered remotely.

Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator (PC) role is a key differentiator for the client. Staffing small, unmanaged projects with a part-time PC provides the client with a mechanism to ensure the highest quality of delivery with regard to customers’ expectations for budget adherence and change management.  On unmanaged staff augmentation projects, there is still a critical need for the skills of a trained member of the PMO to execute the project financials and facilitate any change requests to the original contract.  The client feels that the logistical and financial management of any project is often just as visible and critical to the success of their customers as the actual delivery of the work and therefore it is their policy to provide this minimal amount of management to all engagements regardless of size or duration. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Managing Budget and Resources – The Project Coordinator must be proficient at balancing these elements throughout the project life cycle.
