1. SENIOR IT STRATEGIST - LEVEL I
The Senior IT Strategist - Level I must have at least fifteen (15) years of experience, of which at least twelve (12) years must be specialized, involving strategic planning and execution in the use of technology in transforming a business. The Senior IT Strategist - Level I must be a practical leader capable of creating and implementing technology solutions that achieve a client's strategic objectives. The Senior IT Strategist - Level I will be able to understand and communicate to clients the business value and ROI of installed or proposed products and solutions. General experience includes increasing responsibilities in information systems (technologies) management and/or design.
The Senior IT Strategist - Level I will be responsible for providing leadership, planning, and execution/management oversight to a technical team in delivery of information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) solutions that address a client's strategic goals and objectives. The Senior IT Strategist - Level I will be responsible for understanding complex analysis, algorithms and requirements and to identify and recommend emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to the client's current processes, applications and/or technologies. Proactively identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action ensuring that the client's strategic goals and objectives are met. Works in conjunction with the business as a catalyst for change and innovation. Partners with business segment leadership to analyze, consult, drive, develop and oversee the delivery of significant business applications, technology partnerships, and large-scale projects which support key business objectives and strategies. Partners with client's business segment to rationalize business plans and strategies and ensure effective alignment of technology initiatives in support of those strategies. Key contributor in the business planning process and strategist in the formation of a technology vision which will develop and maintain a systems integration and development roadmap to support the business segment and associated functional areas in achieving their short and long term business and technology objectives. Provides business units and IT management with an integrated business and technology perspective by assessing and consulting on risks, impacts and priorities. Establishes alliances with appropriate technology partners (internal and external) in developing, deploying, and supporting technical solutions that provide the most rapid and cost effective capability to the business. Provides operational management and oversight, both direct and through SLAs, for critical business applications that support the client's lines of business. 2. SENIOR IT STRATEGIST - LEVEL II
The Senior IT Strategist - Level II must have at least ten (10) years of experience involving the support of strategic planning and execution of business initiatives in the use of technology. The Senior IT Strategist - Level II must capable of translating complex system designs into useful information systems (IS) and/or information technology (IT) solutions for clients. The Senior IT Strategist - Level II will possess specialized knowledge of the principles, methods and processes of the system development life cycle.
The Senior IT Strategist - Level II will perform analytical and technical tasks in support of client sponsored projects. The Senior IT Strategist - Level II will work under limited supervision. Provides analytical and technical support to projects involving training, operational documentation, systems design or other efforts requiring business systems analysis. Works collaboratively with analytic subject matter experts and members of the systems development team, as required. Researches, identifies, and implements steps required for task execution and completion; recommending changes and identifying areas for further investigation. Develops and tests new systems or update existing system documentation to meet client needs. Writes and updates project documentation including system requirements specifications (IT functional specifications), test specifications/plans, system procedures, presentations, and training materials. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas; and participates in special projects as required.
3. SENIOR IT PROGRAM MANAGER
The Senior IT Program Manager must have at least fifteen (15) years of experience, of which at least twelve (12) years must be specialized, involving program management and support, cost and systems analysis, and related administrative work. Specialized experience includes program development from inception through deployment; expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; demonstrated capability in managing multi-project programs and/or contracts including subcontractor and vendor management capabilities; and experience leading and supervising large, cross-functional teams. General experience includes increasing responsibilities in information systems (technologies) management and/or design.
The Senior IT Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. Manages programs i.e. drives strategy implementation; provides client and consultant interface; selects, coordinates with, trains other adjunct or staff resources; serves as the director or leader, coach and mentor to all team members on contracting engagements; conducts program-level negotiations; performs planning/budgeting; determines and drives program integration and linkages; conducts program tracking/evaluation; devises program strategy or strategy adjustments to address change; reviews project evaluation and strategies modifications; manages consultants Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Ensures programs are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Provides subject matter expertise on the topic of project management, portfolio management, and knowledge management. Provides meeting or workshop facilitation as required. 4. SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGER
The Senior IT Project Manager must have at least twelve (12) years of experience, of which at least ten (10) years must be specialized, involving project management and support, cost and systems analysis, and related administrative work. Specialized experience includes project development from inception through deployment; expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity; and experience leading and supervising teams. 5. SENIOR IT TRAINER
The Senior IT Trainer must have fifteen (15) or more years of experience in leading the development, delivery and maintenance of information systems (IS) or information technology (IT) education and learning solutions. The Senior IT Trainer ensures all contents areas are technically accurate and will achieve pre-defined training goals and objectives. The Senior IT Trainer reviews all assigned training materials and designs program improvements on a continuous basis, as well as, modifies and revises training programs and materials in accordance with product version control process. Additionally, the Senior IT Trainer delivers integrated, high quality solutions, product and soft skills training using classroom and/or electronic environments, as required.
The Senior IT Trainer develops targeted and customized training and learning solutions to meet specific client needs, as required. Maintains exceptional domain knowledge, product expertise, and knowledge of industry practices. Provides train-the-trainer programs and ongoing mentoring sessions to clients. Develops and update appropriate training curriculum in support of training classes. Curriculum materials may include student manuals, presentations, instructor guides, exercises, online tutorials and interactive presentations. Collaborates with a wide variety of functional team members in the development of the client training curriculum.
6. SENIOR IT SOLUTION ARCHITECT
The Senior IT Solution Architect must have twelve (12) or more years of experience in translating customer's business issues and problems into technology solutions. The Senior IT Solution Architect must have specialized experience in the analysis, design, development in information systems (IS) or information technology (IT) applied to information architectures. The Senior IT Solution Architect must be able to supervise technical team members who are responsible for delivering the architected solution. The Senior IT Solution Architect is a senior-level professional and seasoned individual contributor and/or working task leader who applies a comprehensive, in-depth working knowledge of one or more, specified disciplines to the most complex range of assignments.
The Senior IT Solution Architect is responsible for designing architecture for an organization on an enterprise level.
